We are a natural foods grocery store dedicated to bringing you the best quality products at the best price possible. We carry natural and organic grocery items, fresh organic produce featuring local growers when available, soft drinks, snacks, Brown Bag Bagels on Wednesday, bulk items and more.

We have a growing bulk foods section that makes it easy and cheap to eat healthier and we offer instructions on how to prepare them if you need it.

Soon we will be offering fresh baked goods and other grab-and-go items such as hummus and soups for a quick lunch or snack.

I'll keep you posted on when this will be happening. We also offer eco-friendly cleaning and paper products, grass-fed and finished beef ( you won't believe how good it is!), antibiotic-free chicken, and wild-caught Alaskan salmon.
